No Returns on Opened Products
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened or used cosmetic products are non-returnable.
2. Eligible Claims
Claims may be accepted only if:
The product arrived damaged
Incorrect item was shipped
Item remains sealed and unused
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Photo evidence must be provided within 48 hours.
3. Refund Conditions
If approved:
Refund issued to original payment method
Processing time: 5–10 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable
We reserve sole discretion to approve or deny claims.
4. Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact Tofan LLC before initiating a chargeback.
Fraudulent disputes may result in permanent account restriction and documentation submission to payment processors and financial institutions.
